Service-Learning Summer School

Are you a teacher, teaching assisting staff or just interested in teaching and education? Take, right before the start of the new academic year, a chance to dive deep into the wondrous world of service-learning:

Find answers to these questions and exchange experiences with colleagues and other service-learning enthousiasts during the Service-Learning Summer School of 14 and 15 September 2023 in Leuven, Belgium!
The Summer School is organized by KU Leuven in collaborartion with Voorsprongfonds Hoger Onderwijs, the Flemish Network for Service-learning in Higher Education and the international Uniservitate project.

Aloys Otieno Ojore, Tangaza University College, Kenya
Dr. Aloys Otieno Ojore is senior Lecturer at Tangaza University College, the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) in Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Professional Doctorate in Practical Theology from Cambridge Theological Federation and Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. He has taught in the Departments of Religious Studies and Social Education and Ethics at CUEA. Aloys also teaches Human Rights, Church History, Democracy and Governance, International Conflicts, Managing Conflicts in a World of Injustice, International Relations and Diplomacy, and Global Commons at Tangaza University College.

To participate to both days of the summer school, registration fee is 50 euro, to participate to one day, registration fee is 25 euro. Lunch is included in this fee.
